EVENPULSE specializes in merging basic life-skills with professional skills into a baseline training that positively impacts health, well-being, stress, resilience, and human performance. With a focus on the neurophysiology of stress and a discrete, applicable skill-set known as the BASE-R Method™, the education and training model addresses everything from the fundamentals of mission readiness and MOS specific skill applications to overall life-skills, tied into one basic package of training. The military training, known as Optimal Performance under Stress™, is taught in ½ day, 1 day and 2 day modules, with online and sustainment components including a resiliency dashboard added at the customer’s request to create a blended learning package with a sustainable outcome. EVENPULSE is an agile and efficient provider of training with a focus on leveraging knowledge to build human capital. EVENPULSE training meets service members where they are, with messaging and content that is relevant to military human performance, stress, and resilience issues. The company has already developed tailored direct trainings for specific military branches and a general (purple) military version online, both of which parallel our commercial offerings for other audiences with content targeted to specific organizational functions.
