NanoFlowX V2® IP68 Nano Coating solution is the world's fastest IP68 rated electronic waterproofing solution that protects against liquids, humidity, moisture, dust, corrosion and bacteria in just five (5) minutes without the use of special equipment or training. This is a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) Technology Readiness Level (TRL)-9 (TRL-9) product. offering. The coating is ideal for sensors, electronics and UAVs for example that are exposed to the elements and need to be weatherized. This will allow for a rapid application to weatherize UAV’s sensors and robotics utilized in the field of operations. NanoflowX V2 Electronic coating solution utilizes proprietary combination of nano materials. These nano materials act as substrates for conformational coatings while also creating durable water repellants. Once a silicon-based material becomes saturated in V2 solution, it produces a thin polymeric film. Generation of heat using a conventional drying oven followed by curing results in a series of polymers, which becomes cross linked to form covalent bonds; therefore, hardening the material to produce a fully nanocoated surface.
