Description
This proposal aims to demonstrate how the implementation of NeuroFlow’s platform can improve behavioral health treatment by providing content, exercises and continued resources outside of the standard treatment while enabling clinicians to use data to tailor therapy to individual patients and remotely monitor patients after they complete their formal treatment requirements. Our specific objectives are (1) through customer discovery, demonstrate acceptance of deploying NeuroFlow’s platform in an integrated care setting serving a military population and (2) determine feasibility and technical scope for implementation within the Air Force medical system. Results should yield the support of technology for improved quality of life and readiness for Airmen and technical feasibility within the Air Force Medical System.
