Description
NOMAAD is a prefabricated modular building system that comes in 80 sf modules. The modules are composed of superior materials and are constructed and engineered to the same high quality standards as a skyscraper. From micro-housing to full sized homes, pop-ups and retail locations, from temporary classrooms to corporate offices, co-working space and developments, almost any type of space can be created with the NOMAAD system. NOMAAD modular system allows ease of transportation and access to sites where larger containers cannot be installed. NOMAAD arrives at the site with climate control and fully finished interiors, and requires minimal on-site assembly. Floor and wall panel finishes are customizable and system controls are smart. Installation time is short, with minimal construction waste, factory insulated walls, high acoustic rating, and LED lights. NOMAAD is relocatable, reusable and expandable.
