Description
Q-Peak proposes a novel high-power isolator optical train, leveraging several developed innovations into a robust package to allow a significant power and performance increase as compared to current fiber isolators. Specifically, the integration of a fiber collimator and mode-stripper provides a path to extremely high forward powers, while the utilization of large-aperture, improved material Faraday rotator, with a low-SWAP optical train, allows for large backwards powers before the onset of thermo-optical effects.
