Description
This Phase I study will focus on developing an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) for calibration devices that can meet NRTF dynamic test needs, taking into account the test environment and metrology requirements. The study will consider all types of calibration objects, methods and equipment, including passive and active (repeater) devices. Trades will be made which consider cost, reusability, accuracy and best practices.
