Description
Under this proposed program, SA Photonics will work with NAVAIR to develop a fully integrated Modulated Underwater Laser Imaging System (MULIS) system that will be integrated into a REMUS 600 autonomous underwater vehicle in order to perform open water testing and characterization. The integrated LIDAR system will include SA Photonics’ MILOS laser source, a high speed dual-channel receiver, and a polygon scanning subsystem, which will all be packaged within the confines of the REMUS 600. SA Photonics will work with NAVAIR to integrate the system into the REMUS 600, and support open water testing.
