Description
SciTec, Inc. has extensive experience developing robust, signature based autonomous exploitation capabilities for data collected from Electro-Optic/Infrared (EO/IR) systems. These signature based capabilities are typically robust because they exploit features with known causal relationships to threat characteristics and behavior, and because they are constructed using rigorous mathematical frameworks. We propose further developing existing characterization and discrimination capability for rapidly and robustly enhancing missile typing in later states of boost by researching and developing capabilities to expand the initial Phase II characterization efforts to the end of third stage boost.
