Description

Sempulse's miniaturized vital signs monitoring system is designed to be used in any circumstance where continuous biometric monitoring is essential. Civilian applications include hospitals, EMS, long-term care facilities, personal health monitoring, atheletic training, telemedicine, and rural health care. The Sempulse solution is equally applicable to military uses, as it provides an end-to-end medical triage solution that automates emergency triage. It is lightweight, disposable, cost-effective, and engineered to be used in non-sterile conditions, and to withstand grueling physical exertion, extreme conditions, pressure changes, and vibration. Non-invasive miniaturized sensors adhere behind the ear and wirelessly send biometric data to a tablet-based mobile software, which prioritizes input from multiple users, monitors their status and locations, predictively analyzes their conditions, automatically triages, and records all data for seamless transfer at point of definitive care. Continuous monitoring frees up medics from repeatedly taking vitals, so they can focus full attention on treatment. Moreover, Sempulse brings specialized resources to the user, as command and control and medical specialists anywhere in the world can collaborate via the software.
