Description
Triton Systems, Inc. proposes an oil-free fryer that will provide food quality superior to what is produced in a deep fat fryer without the use of cooking oil. Our system will provide the required throughput within available power and space constraints. The system will allow flexibility in placement in the submarine galley and will be designed to meet submarine specific usability concerns.
