Description
VINCI is bringing its CODEX Virtual Reality content creation platform to Air Force training. Currently, operational units face limited aircraft availability, and instructional units struggle with outdated simulators and instructional aircraft. CODEX will enable airmen to not only receive highly realistic hands-on training without the need of real aircraft and physical simulators, but also enable AF instructors to directly update their simulations at low costs. The Phase II test of the CODEX VR platform will determine if it can both solve training problems across the training pipeline and ensure AF training stays up to date with a rapidly changing world.
