Description

Wind Talker Innovations is building Osmosis™, a secure, self-healing, ad-hoc mesh network that will improve DoD networks’ footprint and resiliency while also providing sensor and ID information. We are building a Network-As-A-Sensor where every node becomes a sensor and data forwarder. The WTI network will be commercially based, using civilian assets to increase combat capability while reducing DoD procurement, operational and maintenance costs. We are building multiple layers of security to enable unclassified, classified and law-enforcement sensitive information exchange in a seamless common network. Our network is designed to share networked sensed data as well as onboard sensor data and fuse that data via multilateration with the network. Osmosis uses multiple patent pending technologies to maximize spectrum efficiency. It is designing to be protocol agnostic, enabling translations between common networks protocols like: Link 16, SADL, BFT, ASTERIX and TCP/IP. The network also does PNT from within the network without GPS. To maximize network utility, we will process proprietary messages for routing optimization, network health and also process them to track and identify non-participants. This will make the network itself a sensor where every aircraft, ship and car in the network is a sensor and data-forwarder.
