Description
This proposal addresses the issue of improving operator-based mine identification for the Airborne Mine Neutralization System (AMNS) and other Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) platforms. There is a need for a near real-time software tool to generate 3-D structure using multiple looks from onboard video and sonar sensors. Aret Associates (Aret) proposes to address this solicitations requirements by developing and delivering EnhancerPro 3D, a near real-time, modular software tool based on Arets existing EnhancerPro tool. EnhancerPro 3-D provides Video Enhancement (VE) in turbid environments, IMU exploitation, when available, and Structure from Motion (SfM) 3-D Model Generation for video and sonar.
