Description

The Analysis and Reporting Client (ARC) technology transitioned via this program features a common or standardized solution for analyzing and reporting on smart aircraft data. ARC can be scaled across Naval Aviation platforms by enabling access to additional data formats and either reusing existing or developing new analytics as required. ARC allows for straightforward development of platform-specific analytic capabilities, as has been demonstrated during the Phase II effort, by BGI and Government personnel. The ability to develop tailored ARC solutions organically within the Government provides tremendous flexibility and value, including rapid response capability to emerging and high priority fleet issues. This Phase II.5 effort will transition ARC technology to the enterprise Condition Based Maintenance Plus (eCBM+) program while maintaining and continuing to develop the existing analyst and field versions of the application. eCBM+ develops and transitions enterprise common IT solutions to enable Naval Aviation Enterprise platforms with advanced capabilities in an effective and affordable way by leveraging common requirements, hosting solutions, and enabling the community with access to these solutions. ARC capability will be available specifically to the H-1Y/Z, V-22, and MQ-4C programs via this transition. Additional platforms will benefit with minimal effort, based on this transition approach.
