Description
AimLock will prototype and test an integrated system of its automated targeting (optical based remote weapon station) hard-kill system and a radar-based early warning and locator system from C-Speed (or similar) for rapid counter-UAS missions. This work will build upon AimLock's already demonstrated hard-kill capability and C-Speed's long range radar detection and classification by automating the target handoff and autonomously conduct optical targeting and classification of small UAS threats as they are inbound. After handoff, AimLock's system will direct disablement weapons, conduct small-arms shoot-downs (even with conventional bullets), or deploy short range less-lethal munitions for low-collateral damage environments.
