Description
An innovative solution that improves procurement process for rapid software development that is enabled by an innovative software technology consisting of either vendor hosted SaaS solutions, the government hosted COTS or custom solution in the AWS cloud, or a combination of both. The technology supports reverse auction, crowdsourcing and/or other procurement methods. The end product will be deployed in the AWS cloud or deployed into the exiting production environment in the secured government network. The research report includes the feasibility analysis of different process and technology options, and a recommended process/technology solution including an organizational model, process model, architecture design, UI/UX design, and an implementation roadmap.
