Description
IR Telemetrics proposes to enhance their work during the Phase 1 project to provide even greater response from platinum and ceramic-substrate printed surface thermocouples. The designs completed during Phase 1 showed dramatic improvement in the thermocouple response time. The Phase 2 project will include additional iterations of the thermocouples along with the creation of a fully instrumented and tested piston and corresponding high-bandwidth data acquisition system.
