Description
Phase I will research and design enhancements to existing, government-owned cyber emulation software and protocols for CND effects generation, Command and Control (C2) of CND effects, an enhanced distributed simulation interface, and information assurance. Phase I will also introduce a CND Training Concept of Operations (CONOPS) that will make recommendations for how to adapt existing Navy training and exercise programs and processes to include CND training. At the conclusion of Phase I we will deliver a fully designed technical solution for CND training along with a CND Training CONOPS that, if implemented, will significantly improve integrated Navy CND training.
