Project Summary Abstract Alcohol abuse remains a significant cause of preventable morbidity and mortality in the USYet onlyof those with AUD receive treatmentOur groupand others have demonstrated that contingency managementCMis an effective approach for reducing alcohol use in problematic drinkersThis project seeks to demonstrate the capability of an end to end CM platform designed to reduce alcohol use in problematic drinkersOur goal is to combine mobile technologygeospatial mapping and biomarker measurementwith individual goal setting and EMA feedback to launch behavioral modification strategies and progress monitoringThe goal of the system is to provide a feasible and effective end to end CM platformwhich can aggregate information to allow individuals and their clinicians to monitor drinkingreduce alcohol consumptionas well as better understand factors related to each individual s alcohol usee gcorrelations between moodlocationetcImportantlythis intervention will be suitable for treatment and naturalistic settings and require little to no required clinician involvement Project Narrative As few asof individuals ever receive treatment for alcohol use disordersNew alcohol biomarkers and mobile technology allow for us to deliver interventions for alcohol use disorders outside clinical settingsThe goal of the system will be to provide an end to end contingency management platformwhich can aggregate and inform the understanding of mechanisms underlying the initiationmaintenance and recovery from problematic drinking in both treatment and naturalistic settings little to no required clinician involvement
