Description
An RF distribution system is proposed for reducing size, weight, power and the number of topside antennas, as well as mitigating intermodulation effects aboard Navy ships employing VHF/UHF frequency hopping radios. The proposed system will mitigate parts obsolescence of legacy shipboard RF equipment and modernize a prior RF distribution system called the Advanced Integrated Line-of-Sight Equipment Systems (AILES) and be called new AILES (nAILES).
