Description
Systems & Technology Research (STR) proposes the development and maturation of a state-of-the-art multi-target tracking software for processing operational data. The proposed software consists of the Multi-Stage Multiple Hypothesis Tracker (MS-MHT) for efficient and accurate target tracking and the Parameter Optimization Tool (PAROPT) for optimization of tracking parameters. The goal for the Phase II is to enhance the existing software to address system robustness, improve computational efficiency and accuracy, and provide an operationally capable system to automate target tracking in challenging environments. The enhanced software will result in improved system and tracking performance to provide new insights in areas of vast uncertainty.
