Description
Arizona Optical Systems is developing a measurement technique that enables production of higher accuracy x-ray mirrors for DOE lightsource facilities. Mirror defects, which are too small to measure using existing techniques, degrade beamline performance. Higher accuracy x-ray mirrors increase the energy density of existing sources without requiring new, larger facilities.
