Description
In order to facilitate the management and primary closure of corneoscleral injuries or closure of anterior segment injuries until secondary surgical operation, ChromoLogic proposed and demonstrated during Phase I an intraoperative self-reflow corneoscleral prosthetic device/graft (FLOCOP) system to function as a temporary scaffold with long sustention time, especially to be applied in the event of larger, more complex wounds. It will be usable by a non-expert and can be field deployed. The system is flexible and works for various ocular wound situations.
