Description
OBJECTIVE: Result in immediate mental/physical state of a sailor to attend to readiness to engage arms from any other state of un-readiness. In essence, to increase sailor learning speed, comprehension, and performance. This is done through human behavior/development techniques.<br>DESCRIPTION: While resting or engaging in recreational activities, etc. there is always the chance of having to be in the ready-to-engage state, whereby the individual would then be at their station and be in the ultimate state to both access and apply their training with the weapon of choice. Their ability to switch those decisions from that point forward are highly dependent upon their neurological and physical state.
