Description
This document presents Optical Sciences Corporation's Phase II SBIR proposal for the development and fabrication of an advanced thermally efficient infrared emitter technology which was successfully demonstrated in the Phase I effort. The innovative dynamic IR scene projector technology offers the potential for a high frame rate, flickerless, broadband, large format (4k x 4k), emitter arrays with very high apparent temperatures and efficient thermal emission. This emitter array IR scene projector system will be suitable for use in government and prime contractor hardware-in-the-loop simulation facilities - including cryogenic-vacuum space simulation environments. This emitter array and associated technology is designed to meet or exceed the objectives outlined in the SBIR MDA15-014 topic. Approved for Public Release | 16-MDA-8951 (15 December 16)
