Description

This proposal is for a Subsequent Phase II that will transition to TRADOC G2 Operations the Cultural Information and Value Visualization System (CIVVS) technology, which was developed under SBIR Phase II Contract W911QX-13-C-0183. The proposed effort will develop new capabilities to meet TRADOC technical and operational requirements, will fill functional gaps needed to support potential Army-wide utilization, and will increase the CIVVS Technology Readiness Level (TRL) from level 4 to 7. The effort will be performed in close collaboration with TRADOC G2, who has committed to operationalizing CIVVS and to providing resources to support the development, evaluation, and transition of the enhanced CIVVS. Our subsequent CIVVS Phase II will build on our significant accomplishments in our first CIVVS Phase II where we successfully completed a fully functioning prototype of the CIVVS system, integrated and demonstrated it with live social media sources, and began training TRADOC personnel in using the tool. Our subsequent Phase II will extend these major accomplishments by enhancing and fitting CIVVS to the specific needs of TRADOC operations and facilitating the insertion of CIVVS into operational use. In our subsequent CIVVS Phase II effort we will integrate CIVVS into TRADOC operations and train and support TRADOC personnel.
