Description
We intend to create a software tool that allows for real time modeling of electro-optical and infrared (EO/IR) characteristics over a wide variety of threat systems and viewing platforms. The software suite’s foundation lies in a one-time creation of a look-up table. The result is a compact and scalable (for different system and sensor parameters) representation of the multi-dimensional simulation environment. This is coupled with novel spatial morphing, field interpolation, and radiative transfer algorithms to allow the software tool to achieve real-time performance over a wide range of threat systems.
