Description
As we have demonstrated the software tools developed as part of this Test Diagram SBIR, we have received considerable interest regarding the tool’s capabilities from personnel at several NAVAIR bases as well as commercial industry. While demonstrating the tools, there have been a number of suggestions for additional features to fill specific needs. Other suggestions included an additional support tool for the generation of certain ATML files needed for test diagram generation. This proposal identifies enhancements to the Test Diagram Generator tool as well as an additional tool to make the auto-generation of test diagrams applicable to a wide range of TPSs while reducing the effort to generate the test diagrams and yielding more accurate test diagrams to support the Fleet as well as having commercial applications. The proposal includes tool upgrades to handle unique TPS hardware and software scenarios as well as modifications to allow integration of the tools into the existing NAVAIR processes.
