Description
We propose a shipborne wind measurement system utilizing Doppler Lidar. The proposed system achieve superior SWAP and cost benefits through miniaturaization and leveraging of semiconductor wafer processing techniques. A fovial scan pattern with hemispheric coverage (2 pi ster radians) field of view and real-time frame refresh rate (30 Hz) is achievable.
