Description
Toyon Research Corp. proposes innovative algorithm and embedded software development for efficient and accurate 3D terrain reconstruction using passive EO/IR sensors on small UAVs. The Phase I effort will include algorithm development, algorithm performance evaluation and demonstration, low-SWaP implementation and benchmarking, and system design activities. This will result in a documented feasibility determination and an initial system design. Subsequently, in Phase II a complete prototype will be developed and demonstrated, laying the groundwork for Phase III transition via integration with a Navy program of record small UAV system.
