Description
AKELA is proposing to use our existing MIMO FLGPR platform as a baseline to analyze and model a forward looking transmitter that is used to provide illumination for a downward looking repeater antenna that is installed on a small UAV and carried down range. Limited experiments will be performed to provide data for model refinement and to predict anticipated system performance. A preliminary design of a proof of concept experimental system will be performed.
