Description
Our team proposes to develop an engineering plan on developing comprehensive fatigue modification factors for commonly used surface treatments on aircraft landing gears. The phase I effort leverages our team experience in fatigue material testing, correlation analysis , analytical fatiguewith nCode DesignLifeTM, FMEA, DOE and finite element modeling to develop a comprehensive business plan and return on investment (ROI) on the costs associated with generatingfatigue modification factors for landing gear material/process combinations .
