Description
This SBIR topic affords an opportunity to address the mechanical/thermal modeling limitation.By developing innovative technologies and processes to accurately represent the thermal profiles of dynamic vehicle components within high resolution synthetic scenes, Dynamic Dimension Technologies, LLC (DDT) with partners SciX3, LLC and MSC Software Corporation (MSC), will create a novel high fidelity dynamic mechanical thermal modeling capability (McTherm) and pipeline architecture extendible to state-of-the-art sensor models and scalable for use on high performance computing resources. To accomplish this, the DDT team proposes to develop an innovative methodology and modeling architecture that supports simulating 6 degree of freedom, multibody dynamics vehicle models with its mechanical/thermal response and interacting with the Armys high resolution synthetic environment to generated accurate and dynamic infrared signatures.
