Description
East West Enterprises along with deciBel research and Eikon Research developed a toolset of algorithms for radar detection and tracking of Targets in heavy clutter. This includes a radar side car architecture to allow offline testing in a plug and play environment. EWE team proposes to enhance this tool set by adding additional capability with features and algorithms to make it potentially viable for testing in operational environments. These include: (1) Multi Moving Target Indicator (MMTI) algorithm for detection of slow moving targets crossing zero Doppler with heavy clutter; (2) Clutter models incorporating all DTED data and discrete stationary and nonstationary scattering centers.; (3) interface development for linking to a testbed infrastructure. All commercial and government radar facilities can benefit substantially from the final product from this effort.
