Description
To protect national interests and effectively plan, coordinate and execute military operations, support training and foster partnerships, the U.S. military must better understand populations involved in or impacted by operations. The successful population data analysis is critical in several aspects including but not limited to: assessment of progress towards tactical, operational and strategical objectives; discovery of emerging issues and evolving relationships by identifying population patterns; understanding of key leaders and stakeholders; contingency base site selection and design. To meet the great needs and solve the associated challenges, Intelligent Automation Inc. and its academic partner from Duke University propose to develop and transit innovative techniques developed in International Security from Duke University into IAIs scalable, modular and state-of-the-art analytical platform based on Scraawl. The integrated toolkit is expected to provide and innovative approaches to organizing and exposing meaning from messy data, with tools to support collection and processing of big open source data, and yield meaningful focused analytical products.
