Description
Multi-vehicle communications systems (MVCS) provide data link and networking services between littoral combat ships (LCS) and unmanned vehicles (UVs) such as unmanned surface vehicles, unmanned underwater vehicles and remote multi-mission vehicles. Current radios cannot provide high data rates (>100 Kbps) under significant jamming conditions, e.g., up to 20 dB jammer to signal power ratio. The purpose of this effort is to design a jamming resistant waveform operating in the 18-35 MHz band that can provide high data rates in the presence of strong jammers.
