Description

Modus Operandi proposes an innovative solution to utilize intelligent agents to detect and configure the best sensor deployment within the full suite of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection capabilities.This distributed, agent-enhanced sensor collection network will allow for quick response to changing mission objectives through a Self-healing ISR Ecosystem (SHIRE) of ISR assets. The current ISR collection is heavily dependent on human guidance and experience to create an effective collection plan.This planning is reliant on the individual setting up the mission and frequently only accounts for the specific mission system that is being utilized.This creates gaps in coverage that can be mitigated by incorporating all available sensors in the mission area.By creating a network of all available sensors without being limited by security domain or mission platform, the entire network can be utilized.Intelligent agents communicate to ensure complete coverage and notify managers when there are gaps in coverage or detection of anomalous data to be investigated.If accepted by the Mission Managers, the sensors can then adjust coverage for complete coverage of the mission areas.
