Description
This program is the development of a SWaP LWIR hyper-sepctral imaging system to be flown on the Scan Eagle or Group II UAS platform for the detection of gas and aerosol phase chemical-biological. warfare agents.The hyper-spectral optical system will be contained in the closed cycle Dewar system and integrated with the cold-shield thus enabling SWaP and improved performance by cooling the optics. The user interface will be an Android Appintegrateinto the ATAK (MACE, Mounted Android Computing Environment). This prototype will be testat the Naval Surface Warfare Dahlgren test range.
