Description

Moleaer has developed an innovative nanotube-enabled surfactant removal in wastewater treatment to improve treatment effectiveness and reduce treatment cost. Nanobubbles are nano-sized bubbles, x2500 smaller than a grain of salt. Lack of buoyancy to float to the surface increases the bubbles' activation time, allowing for improved effect in breaking and removing waste from the water. When the bubbles collapse, ROS is produced, leading to a strong oxidation that weaks the molecular bonds in the surfactant. This results in breaking the surfactant molecules and creates "flocs" or foam  that can be then easily removed from the water surface. Moleaer's nanobubble technology has been independently validated by experts in the field in various test sites and use cases. The technology was proven to improve surfactants removal process by reducing treatment time and effectiveness, and reduce the energy required for the process.
