Description
ABSTRACT: It is our intent to demonstrate the effectiveness of a single pass, multiple stage, fuel purification system for JP-8 recovery and reclamation. The system shall be self contained and self sustainable for rapid deployment in response to a release of JP-8 to a containment system, and shall be designed to address fuel contamination by particulate matter, water and firefighting agents, providing an airframe ready fuel.; BENEFIT: The final system will have benefits for the Air Force for maintaining its in service fuel systems, as well as commercial applications for fuel maintenance services, and for providing ultra clean diesel fuel.
