Description
Technology Service Corporation (TSC) proposes to develop an innovative capability for inline generation of trajectory kinematics and IR simulation data for threat missile systems for MDA M&S applications. TSC personnel have supported NASIC and other customers with RF and IR sensor data analysis for many years, and over that time TSC personnel have acquired extensive relevant experience. In Phases I and II, TSC will apply that experience to develop software to model the kinematics and simulate IR signatures for all phases of flight inline at speeds faster than real time.In Phase I, TSC will develop requirements for the new ITG technology, demonstrate its technical merit and feasibility, and provide an initial concept for V&V. For the Phase I Option, TSC will identify interfaces and begin the process of integrating the new ITG capability with the Objective Simulation Framework (OSF), or another framework selected by MDA/DE, to provide a complete M&S system. In Phase II, TSC will develop high quality computer code for the new ITG capability, fully integrate it with the existing MDA/DE M&S system, and perform V&V testing of the new capability by comparing results with those of MDA/DEs current system.
