Description
A breakthrough combines new technology for solid polymer electrolyte and harvesting of kinetic energy (including heat and compression) to achieve unmet military needs for extremely rapid activation, performance across a broad range of temperatures, and an extremely long shelf life of up to 30 - 50 years. The goals include cyclic capabilities, life, safety and thermal performance that are otherwise critical gaps for today's liquid battery and fuze systems.
