DoD stakeholders are distributed across a multitude of siloed computer networks.  Currently, there is no efficient way to access essential contact information for POCs in different computer network silos – which is a major limiting factor to coordinating Joint All Domain operations.  To solve this problem, Orgo is developing a visual interagency org chart map and directory to enable rapid interagency information sharing and decision making. In Phase I, we will conduct and document the results of a thorough feasibility study. Objective 1: Conduct feasibility-related experimental or theoretical R/R&D to validate the product market fit between the proposed solution and potential DAF stakeholders. Objective 2: Conduct R/R&D to deeply explore the problem or benefit area(s) which are to be addressed by the solution specifically focusing on how this solution will impact the end user. Objective 3: Conduct R/R&D to define clear objectives and measurable key results for a potential trial of the proposed solution with the identified DAF end user(s). Objective 4: Conduct R/R&D to describe how the solution differs from the non-defense commercial offering to solve the DAF need i.e. modifications. Objective 5: Conduct R/R&D to describe the cost and feasibility of integration with current mission-specific products. Objective 6: Conduct R/R&D to describe if and how the solution can be used by other DoD or government customers. Consider whether the R/R&D proposed to DAF has private sector potential, either for the proposed application or as the basis for other applications.
