Description

The Spatial Intelligence™ platform is based on Plato’s proprietary Deep Fusion technology that leverages advanced machine learning to combine complementary sensors, providing reliable and scalable 3D activity tracking in any environment – without physical tagging of objects or the need for complex infrastructure. Our perception solution tracks the activity patterns of people, equipment and assets in industrial environments (indoor and outdoor, low-light, and dynamic settings), with applications in operational efficiency/automation, security, and safety. Our solution surfaces actionable KPIs, including equipment utilization, idle time, distance traveled, response times, unsafe behavior, and we can build more to customer needs. These analytics are converted into business value via our comprehensive UI, which allows users to do everything from track enterprise wide trends to drill down to a root cause analysis for an outlier event. Our intention is to partner with Aircraft Maintenance Continuous Process Improvement Cells to create baselines of their current core hangar operations, like aircraft washes and aircraft phased/isochronal inspections, which are the subject of frequent green and blackbelt process improvement studies seeking to implement the theory of constraints and lean six sigma type methodologies to maximize the output and efficiency of their operations.
