Description
Oceanit proposes to develop an ASM system using a novel sigan processing technique. The proposed technique enables agile detection, location and identification of threat signals. The proposed sampling technique reduces the amount of data without impairing radar capabilities, thus enabling persistent intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (PISR).
