Description
Recent developments in the field of multiple view geometry have enabled techniques for recovering structure and motion of a target from a moving platform. These techniques can be adapted to solve the passive optical ranging problem without constraints or assumptions imposed by alternate approaches. Furthermore, the acquisition cost of a single camera solution will be better for all life cycle phases than for a multi-camera solution.
