Description
The availability of an effective liquid-propellant mitigation system will enhance the safety of liquid hypergolic propulsion systems while deployed, during depot storage, and during transport. The system can be modified to respond to leaks or spills during tank loading operations. The main advantage that solid-fuel Divert and Attitude Control Systems have over liquid DACS is safety.
