Description
A processing approach, based on techniques developed for sonar, is proposed for radar decluttering. Phase I results showed the feasibility of the algorithm to provide reliable performance comparable to that achieved with sonar. The objective in Phase II is to further refine the algorithm, using real data, and demonstrate the performance with radar. Approved for Public Release 14-MDA-7903 (2 July 14)
