Description

To take advantage of the growing volume of PAI sources providing critical and timely information about important events, intelligence analysts need better tools to comb through the irrelevant, incorrect, or incomplete information sometimes found in PAI, if not maliciously added. Additionally, analyst need better, more pervasive, and automated “hard-soft fusion” between PAI and traditional ISR sources beyond the few tailored solutions for specific areas so they can detect and monitor a broader set of relevant events across a wider set of geopolitical and military problem sets. To enable such capabilities analysts and collection managers need to better manage and increase the relevance of data collection to improve detection and understanding of key events and threats relevant to a wide array of analytic and warfighter problems. Securboration, with partners Premise Data Corporation and PatchPlus Consulting, Inc., proposes to extend the current Genesis software framework and analytic capability, transitioned to a Phase III IDIQ with AFLCMC/HNJJ sponsored by ACC/A2, to deliver Prioritization Engine for Collection Management (ProCOM), an algorithmic approach for automated collection management across PAI and other sources, with the ability to generate RFIs for traditional ISR, in order to improve the relevance and accuracy of event discovery and threat forecasting. In Phase I the Securboration team will leverage PatchPlus Consulting’s ISR and PAI subject matter experts and Premise’ unique commercial crowd sourcing platform along with Securboration’s extensive experience delivering analytic tools using both PAI and traditional ISR sources to design the ProCOM collection prioritization algorithms for both PAI and the cueing of supporting ISR data.
