The Lightweight High-Speed Amphibious Vehicle SBIR topic seeks to explore innovative concept designs and associated enabling technologies applicable to replacing the existing 5 ston Lighter, Amphibious Supply, Cargo"LARC V". However, there are a multitude of different organizations with significantly different missions that warrant investigating alternative craft designed with unique capabilities for each. This proposal focuses on the mission associated with one of those transition programs.
